Chef Andrew Lisnoff
has been cooking professionally for
more than ten years, most recently at Zagat's rated Catfish Max in Seaford,
NY. Newsday named Catfish Max one of Long Island’s top ten restaurants in
2002, during Andrew’s time there. Andrew decided to take his love of cooking
and start a catering business because of the creative freedom it provides,
and to be able to spend more time with his wife and young daughter. What is
Andrew’s favorite part about working in this business? Being able to do the
thing he enjoys most while putting smiles on the customers’ faces!
